BOOKING INFORMATION
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Every transportation service with Black Label is a customizable service fit to your needs. To make your reservation, we recommend that you submit an inquiry thorough our lead form, and one of our transportation specialists will be in touch shortly.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If the reserving party chooses to cancel or reduce the services reserved, no penalty will be made if changes are complete 60 days prior to the service date. No credit will be issued for deposit payments made on original service.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT / CHANGE POLICY?

Black Label requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost to reserve service. The remaining balance will be charged fourteen days prior to the date the services are to be rendered. Services may be increased based upon availability at any point.

If the reserving party chooses to reduce the services reserved, no penalty will be made if changes are complete 60 days prior to the service date.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIP?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible and as soon as you know your travel and event information. This will ensure optimum transportation availability for your function.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME I MUST BOOK?

We require a continuous 3 hour minimum for transportation services.

IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?

All contracts are subject to a potential cleaning fee deemed necessary by Operations Management after services are rendered. At the conclusion of your event, an evaluation of the services rendered will be executed. After this assessment is complete, any remaining balance will be due 30 days after the date of service.

DO YOUR SERVICES INCLUDE CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY?

Private transportation is billed at an hourly rate for a minimum of 3 hours (which cannot be divided) and includes a 15% driver gratuity. Additional fees may occur if transportation exceeds the agreed-upon hours.

No, our luxury services specialize in private transportation only.

HOW EARLY / LATE WILL YOU PICK ME UP?

We offer private transportation services at all hours, specializing in late night or early morning operations.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Yes, pets are allowed in your private transportation service vehicle. Please let us know at the proposal phase if you plan to travel with a pet.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PICKUP DETAILS?

Please contact your transportation specialist and they will assist you as best as possible with reservation changes given current service availability.

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE ON THE DAY OF MY SERVICE?

Black Label will have dispatchers monitoring your service via GPS technology and will be communicating with your driver, as well as tracking vehicles throughout the service window. Please reference your confirmation for contact information if necessary.
